This weekend

URBAN PLUNGE.

This weekend I am participating in the Urban Plunge with many other great Huntington Students! We will be leaving at 4:30p to make our way up to Chicago for the weekend. Tonight will consist of purely just being a vessel for Christ to shine his light through us to the people of Chicago. Then on Saturday we will be helping/working at a homeless shelter sorting clothes and anything else they need help with also we will be working at a soup kitchen during the supper hours. Sunday we will attend a church in Chicago and then make our journey back to HU. I ask that you please pray for all of us as we serve this weekend. Pray that we have safe travels and that God protects us all throughout the weekend. But most of all, this is my prayer, that we all will be open to what/and how God intends to use us in Chicago and will listen and act on it!
